What to check before you swap TON
- Your deposit address is a new wallet that has not been deployed yet, which is normal on TON. ShadowSwap shows it in non-bounceable form (UQ…) so the transfer is kept. If your wallet rewrites it to the bounceable form (EQ…), a transfer to an undeployed wallet bounces back to you minus fees and is not credited.
- Send TON itself. Jettons such as USDT on TON are separate tokens: they are not credited to a TON order and are not returned automatically.
- Receiving TON on an exchange account? Enter the memo (comment) the exchange gave you in the optional memo field; without it most exchanges cannot credit your payout.
- Payout addresses are checked for the TON address checksum, so a mistyped UQ…/EQ… address is refused before an order is created.
ShadowSwap adds no spread and no service fee: the rate is the ratio of the two coins’ live market prices, so “You receive” is your amount × that rate.
