Swap Tether (USDT) Without KYC: Networks, Limits and Checks
ShadowSwap lists USDT on seven networks and treats each as a separate coin: USDT on Tron (TRC-20) is not interchangeable with USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20). Pick the network your wallet holds, and the one your receiving wallet accepts.

What to check before you swap USDT
- Tether’s own Supported Protocols page lists Ethereum, Tron and Solana among its USD₮ networks but not BNB Chain, Polygon PoS, Arbitrum One or Base. USDT-labelled tokens on those networks are not on Tether’s list, so check the contract shown below against your wallet.
- Sending USDT costs a network fee paid in the network’s gas coin (TRX on Tron, ETH on Ethereum, and so on), not in USDT. On Tron, token transfers consume energy and TRX is burned when you have none staked.
- USDT to USDT on another network (for example TRC-20 to ERC-20) is not in ShadowSwap’s published pair list. Swap through a non-stablecoin, or ask support before trying such a route.
- ShadowSwap values USDT at exactly $1 when it calculates a rate.
ShadowSwap adds no spread and no service fee: the rate is the ratio of the two coins’ live market prices, so “You receive” is your amount × that rate.
